How do I order a veil?
There are currently two ways to order veils from us: pre-made, and custom. If you are interested in ordering a veil, click the button below to begin the process
What shape and size veil would fit me best?
We understand first hand how important it is to have a veil that fits, feels right, and and makes us look amazing! :) Over the years we have tweaked and re-tweaked our veil designs and ended up with 3 shapes. Each of these shapes work well, however, some may work better than others depending on your head shape, amount of hair, and the desired look. We also offer an additional fit option that a lot of ladies like. *Note: alternate shapes are only available for veils greater than 5” in diameter. We have found that the round shape works best for veils that are 5” & smaller. Click below to learn more about the best shape for your needs.
when can i expect to receive my items after i have placed an order?
Quick-ship veils will ship in 3-7 business days. After mailing, standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days within the United States, but can sometimes get delayed. Upgrade to Priority shipping for 2-3 day delivery.
Custom orders will ship within 10-14 business days. As soon as your order has been shipped, we’ll send you shipment notification with an estimated delivery date.
What if I have a veil emergency but need a custom veil?
If you need a custom veil by a specific date, please make sure to let us know in the notes when you order, and upgrade to Priority shipping if necessary. I am not usually able to get it there faster 3-4 days, since I need time for sewing it and getting to the post office.
My veil size and shape isn’t listed in your options
If you are having trouble finding your size in my standard options, try our alternate order form. I can modify any of my shapes or sizes to accommodate your needs.
Can I order a veil without trim, just hemmed?
I’m sorry, I don’t sew hemmed veils. If you’d like information of someone who does a marvelous job, contact us!
May I return or exchange my veil?
It is our ultimate goal to help you find a veiling that is a perfect fit for you. To accomplish this goal, we offer free exchanges and returns on all our products. However, shipping costs associated with your exchange or return will not be refunded.
how do I make an exchange or return?
Simply mail your veils back to Glory + Grace, 50674 CR 25, Bristol, IN 46507. Once we receive the veils, we will refund your card minus shipping costs. Meanwhile you can place another order with the veil you’d like to get instead.
What if my veils just don’t fit but I don’t know why?
I’m more than happy to help troubleshoot the fit of your veils. Feel free to email us at jonathan.marijean@gmail.com, or message us on the Glory & Grace facebook page. You can send photos of you wearing a veil you’re struggling with, along with the measurements, and we’ll work back and forth on finding a fit that works for you.
Payment- Can I still pay with a check?
Yes, we do still accept checks as a payment option if you are uncomfortable with online payment processes. However, we do prefer payments made with a card or PayPal. Click here to place an order with a check as the form of payment
